The University also provides Student Services with extensive online support, as well as a physical presence at the Parkville campus, and staff that make regular visits to other campuses.
University Student Resources and Support Links
The University realises that your life on campus does not begin and end with the lecture hall. It provides significant support and services to every student to help them through problems which may be both academic and non-academic.
Student Study Spaces
The Office for Environmental Programs has a quiet study space for the exclusive use of Office for Environmental Programs students, located on the Ground Floor of the Walter Boas Building at Parkville campus.
The OEP offers the following facilities to its students:
- Wireless internet access and printing
- 11 desktop PC's
- Printer (free printing for OEP students only, paper not supplied)
- Lockers, available for day-use only
- Kitchen facilites
- Meeting room (booking system applies)
- Entry to the computer room is gained by swipe access (University student card)
A larger meeting room may also be booked for group work, subject to availability. Contact the OEP reception for details.
The Office for Environmental Programs computer lab is governed by University Policy regarding misuse. Misuse of IT facilities is treated seriously by the University, and action can and will be taken against offenders.
