Student Advising System

Student Advising

The University has changed the way it organises the advising categories in the Student Advising System (SAS) and it’s no longer possible to book an appointment with a student advisor in the OEP via SAS. The Enrolment variation form has been set up to manage as many enrolment issues as possible. You may also wish to seek advice from the STOP 1 student centre or contact 13MELB for information.

Academic Advice

Current students may also wish to see an Academic Advisor during their study to discuss progress, or other matters such as taking a research project.

To book an appointment with an Academic Advisor, please use the online Student Advising System.

Appointments with stream coordinators are not arranged through the advising system and coordinators need to be contacted directly.

Please email OEP if you are experiencing difficulties. If your request is urgent, please contact OEP.

To assist with introduction to the booking system please visit the Student Resources.
